For the time being, we will compute the delivery charges and telephone you before shipping. Please leave a number at which there is at least a voice mail. All cheese is shipped UPS Ground on the West coast and UPS 3 Day Select for the rest of the country, unless soft ripened cheeses are on the shipment. In that case we will ship UPS Second Day Air. We ship on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday only. You should have your products by the Friday of the week that you ordered.
